Please book this appointment if you have a quick question for your counselor that does not fall under any other meeting. You would also select this appointment type if you need to turn something in or need your counselors signature on something.
A general counselor appointment should be booked if parents are attending the meeting, mental health related meetings, and anything outside of the class change or credit check meeting that will be longer than a 5 to 10 minute meeting.
Please book this appointment if you would like to request an initial 504. This meeting needs to be attended by the parent and the student. This is a request for a 504 evaluation and is not to set up a 504.
